'Mormon Wives' Couples Who've Split, Divorced Since Appearing on the Show

The cast of The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives has become synonymous with messy breakups, and the drama hasn’t stayed on screen.

Since the Hulu series debuted in 2024, multiple MomTok stars have seen their marriages and relationships unravel in very public ways — complete with divorce filings, custody battles, cheating allegations and tearful TikTok confessionals.

Jordan Ngatikaura filed for divorce from Jessi Draper in March 2026, months after her emotional cheating scandal with fellow Hulu star Marciano Brunette while filming Vanderpump Villa.

Jessi and Jordan, who share son Jagger and daughter Jovi, signed off on their divorce paperwork in September 2026, closing the book on five years of marriage.

“Now that our divorce has been signed, I’m grateful to have some closure and the opportunity to move forward,” Jordan told Us in a statement. “Jessi and I shared a meaningful chapter of our lives together, and no matter how that chapter ended, I will always be grateful for the good that came from it — especially our children.”

Jessi has since confirmed she’s dating Marciano, who is expected to play a larger role on Mormon Wives season 6.

Taylor Frankie Paul and Dakota Mortensen

Taylor Frankie Paul and Dakota Mortensen’s on-again, off-again relationship exploded into a custody war in 2026. The exes, who welcomed son Ever in March 2024, split for good in fall 2025 before Taylor filmed The Bachelorette season 22. (Taylor’s season was scrapped by ABC over resurfaced footage from her 2023 arrest.)

In March 2026, Dakota filed a temporary restraining order, alleging Taylor choked him and shoved him into a window during a February altercation. A judge granted him temporary sole custody of Ever.

Taylor, who denied the accusations, and Dakota were each issued mutual protective orders. She also received visitation rights of Ever. (Taylor also shares two older children with her ex-husband, Tate Paul, with whom she’s also been in a custody battle since June 2026.)

Layla Taylor tearfully confirmed her breakup from boyfriend Mason McWhorter in February 2026 after seven months of dating, insisting via social media there was “no bad blood” between them.

“I genuinely wish and want the top for Mason. Things just weren’t working out,” Layla explained. “I think we were just on two different paths right now. He felt in order for him to grow, he had to be on his own. I just really thought that I was gonna get the family that I wanted so badly.

Layla, who shares two sons with her ex-husband, later publicly came out as bisexual and is now dating Kelsie Chesser.
